A three-song warm up EP for the bands next full length and follow up to ‘Withstanding Voracity’. It’s a pretty smart move I reckon, as this download-only release serves two important functions. One – being a download it can be easily spread accross the globe, ensuring many more people take notice of their fierce biting hardcore. And with the band having chosen for three very different songs, it’ll create a sense of awe and a desire for more. The second reason is it’ll increase the anticipation for the band’s new full length. What these Austians do is mix the desperate vibe bands like the Hope Conspiracy or Modern Life Is War have, without sounding like either, with a great groove / energy which sometimes coming close to American Nightmare. The singer could use a bit more range though, as it would help to keep te listeners attention for an entire full-length. Martijn Welzen
