Cinematics, the debut full-length album from Tampa, FL’s Set It Off is now available in stores and online, via the band’s MerchNOW webstore, iTunes, Amazon, HotTopic.com, FYE and independent music stores.
Set It Off is in the midst of a campaign to raise awareness and donate funds to VH1 Save The Music Foundation. For every copy of Cinematics sold in the US, leading up to and during the first week of the album’s release, Set It Off will donate one dollar to VH1 Save The Music Foundation. If they reach their goal of hitting No. 1 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart, Set It Off will also add a bonus, to create a total of $5,000, and Equal Vision Records will match the band’s donation, doubling the amount going to VH1 Save the Music Foundation for a grand total of $10,000.
In addition to the standard version of Cinematics, a deluxe version is also available online. The deluxe version features three extra songs: “Swan Song (acoustic)”, “I’ll Sleep When I’m Dead (acoustic)” and the demo of a new song called “You Are Loved”, which is available on iTunes, Amazon and other digital retailers. PureVolume.com premiered “You Are Loved” last week, as part of National Suicide Prevention Week – a topic the band is highly passionate about, and a subject that inspired the song itself.
A new tour with Yellowcard in Europe was just announced as well – click here to see all the band’s tour dates.
