A sprightly 6-track EP, and the last release by MCN before their name change to John Q Public. So-Cal style punk, with self-effacing, humorous lyrics and the odd social commentary. ‘The Bogeyman’ could be off any Bad Religion or Pennywise album, and stands out as the alpha male of the songs. ‘Last Orders’ could be taken as either homage to, or a parody of, the Dropkick Murphys and paddy punk in general. An enjoyable little slice of punk that cheers me up every time I listen to it. Ian Pickens
