I can only hope The Sun Explodes is the direction of modern rock. There are so many bands currently being played on the radio who sound unoriginal and uninspired and as much as I would like extreme metal to make it to the air waves that’s not very likely to happen. Which is where The Sun Explodes fit in perfectly. It’s melodic, energetic, original and has some rough edges but there’s just never a dull moment. You can bang your head, sing-along, or bust out some crazy dance moves, seperately or simultaneously. It’s just not possible to NOT like this band. I am sure we’ll be hearing alot from The Sun Explodes for a long time to come… Martijn Welzen
